What time does the show open?

Gates are open to the public from 09.00am and closes at 5.00pm.

Will there be a cash point on site?      

Yes, there are TWO cash points at Santa Pod. One is located near the Fuellers Bar in the catering area, and the second is located in the Pod Shop. 

Are credit cards accepted on the gate?

Yes, credit cards can be used on the gate.

Is the event solely for Vauxhalls?

Yes, it’s a show purely for all Vauxhall models.

Can I bring my pet?

No animals of any kind are allowed onto the site.

Is there a bar on site?

Alcohol is sold on site at Fuelers bar.

Are there food units on site?

There are many food units and a permanent on site cafeteria open throughout the day.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Yes you can bring food and drink into the venue. Glass bottles are not permitted and will be confiscated at the main entrance.

Will there be someone taking photos of the cars for me to purchase on the day?

Yes there will be a photographer and more information will be found in our show guide.

Are BBQ’s allowed on site?

Charcoal BBQ's are permitted on site. Open fires are not allowed and you will be asked to extinguish them by security.

Are there any concessions for people with disabilities?

As part of our commitment to make the PV Show accessible to all we will provide those disabled ticket holders that require full time assistance with 1 free ticket for a partner, accompanying friend or personal assistant (PA). You will need to provide a copy of your most recent Personal Independence Payment form (PIP) showing your current entitlement and your ‘blue badge’ if car parking is required. On arrival at the show please liaise with the staff on the gates when presenting your entry ticket.

How can I buy a ticket?

Tickets are purchased online here
Tickets can also be purchased on the gate. 

Can I get a refund for my tickets once I've bought them?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable – click here to view our full terms and conditions If you have taken out refund protection please visit http://www.bookingprotect.com/refund/ where you will be taken through the refund process. 

Will I be able to buy a ticket on the gate?

Yes you can buy tickets on the gate from 9:00am. 

Do I need to bring ID with me to gain entry? Yes. You will need to bring with you the card you purchased the tickets with and photo ID card (such as your driving licence) along with your ticket clearly printed or viewable on your mobile phone to gain entry. If you are unable to provide sufficient ID or your ticket has already been scanned, you will be asked to pay the full entry price on the gate.
What do I do if I want to buy a ticket for a gift? You will be asked during the transaction who you are buying the ticket for, you must type in the recipient’s name here. They should bring the confirmation email, ticket and relevant ID to confirm they're the named recipient given during the order.
My tickets haven’t arrived yet when will I get them? Tickets are emailed out to you upon confirmation of payment.  Please check your junk or spam folder just in case. If you have not received your ticket please contact a member of our team.

Do I have to purchase a ticket for my child?

Entry is FREE for 2 children aged 14 and under when accompanied by a paying adult . Additional children are £5 each.  You are responsible for any children who attend the event with you and you must ensure that they comply with these terms and conditions.

Is there car parking available?

Yes, there is a public car park available free of charge.

Is there disabled parking?

Yes, there is a disabled parking area, please ask on the gate for a pass and the marshalls will direct you.

Is there any way that I can park my car in the show rather than in the public car park?

Yes. If you are not part of a Club or Show & Shine please purchase an Individual Display ticket.

Can we camp the night before?

There is camping on site at Santa Pod on the Saturday only. You can arrive on Saturday from 12 noon until 10.00pm.

Are there toilets on site for campers?

Yes, there are plenty of toilets on site open 24hrs.

Are there showers on site?

Yes, there are free showers available.

Are there electrical connections on site?

No, there are not any electrical hook ups available.

Can I bring my caravan/trailer tent/motor home?

Yes you can bring any of these but please note that camping is on grass.

Is there a family/quiet campsite?

Yes there is a separate campsite for anyone wanting a quieter area. Please just ask at the gate and you will be given a separate campsite pass.

Can I have a bbq?

Yes charcoal bbqs are allowed within the campsites.

Can I have a fire?

No fires are allowed on site and will be extinguished by security.

Are there medical services on site?

Yes there are 24 hour medical services on site if needed.

Can I park my car next to my tent?

Yes, you can park next to your tent.

Can I leave site and then come back in?

Yes, but you will need a pass out and will not be allowed out after 10.00pm.

Do children require a camping ticket?

Yes, Children aged 14 and under will also require a camping ticket. Child camping tickets are priced at £10 on the day, under 5's go FREE.
